The complete list of cookies Accentor sets. It is short: session cookies that keep you signed in, and Google Analytics for aggregate usage. No advertising, no cross-site tracking, no data brokers.

1.Strictly necessary

These make the product work. They cannot be turned off, because without them you cannot stay signed in.

2.Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which parts of the product get used — page views, feature usage, aggregate flows. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not share the data with advertisers.

The analytics tag loads only for genuine production visitors. Automated traffic — headless browsers, uptime checks, our own end-to-end tests — is detected and excluded before the tag is injected, so bots are not counted as people.

3.What we do not set

No advertising cookies. No cross-site or third-party tracking pixels. No social media trackers. No session-recording or heatmap tools on Accentor itself.

A note about sites you build

Accentor can connect analytics tools — including PostHog and Hotjar — to sites you publish. Those are your integrations on your site, configured by you, and they are governed by your own cookie disclosures, not this policy.

4.Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on functionality.

Google provides a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics across all sites. Most browsers also offer a global “do not track” or tracking-protection setting.
